The clinical patterns in this version were rebuilt using standard surgical presentations cross-checked with
NCBI/StatPearls reviews for appendicitis, bowel perforation/obstruction, hernias, breast disease/cancer,
thyroid disease/cancer, acute cholecystitis/cholangitis, pancreatitis/pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer,
abdominal trauma, vascular disease and necrotizing soft-tissue infection.

Online AI Semantic Mode
The hosted version uses a real AI patient engine. The case sheet is the patient's factual memory, not a script:
the AI can understand paraphrases, follow-up questions and context, then answer naturally without repeating the stored wording.
The API key stays on the server and is never placed in this HTML file.
Smart language tolerance: accepts misspellings, incomplete clinical terms and alternative speech-recognition transcripts.
Example: character / caracter / charact / karacter / كركتر are interpreted as the same clinical intent.
If the backend is unavailable, the enhanced local semantic/phonetic fallback remains active.
Student Viewer / Preview
The student sees no patient identification, chief complaint, duration, diagnosis, or prepared questions. The patient may answer in Arabic or English according to the student language.
